Director of Marketing - Sparta 1st CCU

The Director of Marketing position is a highly visible role responsible for managing the execution of all marketing campaigns to include email campaigns, print and digital channels, branch merchandising, advertisements, promotions, member communications and other marketing collateral and campaigns. Manages all social media channels, ensures consistent and quality branding, and develops and implements member education programs. Promotes the Credit Union through member contact opportunities and attends community events to promote 1st CCU to prospective members. Monitors community and market trends and supervises marketing staff.
A business-related degree with experience in marketing and/or 5 years of related marketing management experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and various office machines/equipment, and a proven ability to analyze complicated factual and mathematical situations, apply functional principles, and develop solutions. Valid WI driver's license required.
