Join the Young Professionals and Northwestern Mutual for an interactive workshop focused on the Culture Index Survey! This isn't just another personality test, it’s a data-driven look at how you naturally operate, how you communicate, and where you thrive most within a team.

Participants will complete a pre-event survey, the results of which will be analyzed during our YP workshop alongside the Northwestern team. Coffee will be provided!
