Join us for the September Workforce Innovation Series as we explore how employers can build more inclusive workplaces while addressing workforce needs through disability employment.

Representatives from VARC will share an overview of their employment programming and discuss how businesses can successfully recruit, hire, and retain individuals with disabilities. Attendees will gain practical strategies for creating a more inclusive workplace, learn about available employer resources, and hear how partnering with organizations like VARC can strengthen both workplace culture and talent pipelines.

Whether you're looking to fill open positions, improve employee retention, or simply learn more about disability inclusion in the workplace, this session will provide actionable insights and real-world examples you can implement in your organization.
