The Forum: Zoning Code Update

Description

The City of La Crosse is in the process of adopting a new zoning code for the first time since the 1980s. The update comes as studies show the city needs to build at least 200 new housing units each year through 2030 to keep up with demand. Join La Crosse City Planning Administrator Tim Acklin, Associate Planner Jenna Dinkel, and Council Member Jennifer Trost for an in-depth look at the proposed changes. We will discuss how the new code could streamline development, impact the business community, enhance commercial streets, and expand housing options.

Time

Doors will open at 11:45, and the event will start promptly at noon.
