Join us for the 2026 Leadership La Crosse cohort now starting in March!

Leadership La Crosse provides a unique immersive experience for participants. From behind-the-scenes business tours to panel discussions with area VIPs, individuals will grow as leaders as they experience the dynamic organizations that comprise the La Crosse region. Leadership La Crosse graduates leave with greater cross-industry knowledge, a strong and diverse professional network, and hands-on experience in our community. As a participant, you will work to assist an organization with a community service project, providing insights into local needs and volunteer opportunities, developing strong leadership skills that you will take back to your workplace.

Who should sign up? 

This leadership program is fantastic for those new to the La Crosse Area as well as those who have called this region home for years. Participants will develop their leadership skills and gain a new perspective to enhance their roles in the workplace, on non-profit boards, at home, as a volunteer, and as a community member.

  • April 15, 2026: Inclusion and Volunteerism 
  • May 20, 2026: Community Justice and Mental Health 
  • June 17, 2026: Education  
  • July 15, 2026: Celebrating the Arts 
  • August 19, 2026: The Outdoors 
  • September 16, 2026: Economic Development 
  • October 21, 2026: Leadership in Action and Graduation Lunch

Program Cost: $1,000 for Chamber Members, $1,200 for Non-Chamber Members

Time

This program will meet the third Wednesday of each month, February 2026 - September 2026 from 8:00am-12:00pm.

Each session will be held at a different location, all TBD.
