Join us for Adulting 101: The Homeowner Edition! This event is hosted in collaboration with the La Crosse Area Builders Association and Society Mortgage.


The idea of owning a home can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re not sure where to start, how much it all costs, and who you’re supposed to talk to.

Join us for Adulting 101: The Homeowner Edition, an interactive panel designed to break down the home-buying process, how to maintain it, and provide you with the real-world knowledge you need to feel confident taking the next step. Whether you're thinking about buying your first home, planning for the future, or simply trying to figure out how this whole adulting thing works, this event is for you.

We’ll bring together a panel of local professionals from every major part of the home-buying and home owning journey.

Panel Guest Include:

Parker Clark (Society Mortgage): Learn about financing, pre-approvals, down payments, credit, and what it takes to get ready to buy.

Olivia Steingraber (@Properties): Understand the home search, making an offer, negotiations, inspections, and what to expect along the way.

Casey Tomten (Knight Barry Title): Get a behind-the-scenes look at what happens between having an accepted offer and getting the keys to your new home.

Come with questions, leave with answers, and get a better understanding of what it takes to go from “Maybe I should buy a house…” to “I’m ready.”
