Join the Young Professionals for the first YP Coffee Chat of 2026! This event will feature Becki Teff, Brand Director for Rivertown Dental! Her message is simple: it’s never too late to begin again. 

Becki hopes this coffee chat encourages young professionals to pursue work that truly sets their soul on fire, to get involved in their communities, and to embrace fearlessness as they shape their own paths. She often says she wishes someone had shared this kind of guidance with her in her 20s & 30s—and now, she’s determined to be that voice for others. 

More about Becki: 

Becki Teff is a graduate of Viterbo University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Organizational Management. She began her career believing she had found her forever professional home, but after a decade in high-pressure corporate leadership, she made the courageous decision to rebuild both her career and the vision she held for her family’s future. 

During her corporate years, Becki trained and mentored leaders across the Midwest, gaining a deep understanding of what it means to guide others through growth, challenge, and change. That experience fueled her passion for helping people uncover their potential. Today, she blends that leadership foundation with her creative strengths—supporting businesses as they develop their brand voice by running her own creative ventures and working for Rivertown Dental as a Brand Director. 

As a mom of two busy boys (currently deep in hockey season), she has intentionally shaped a life and career that honors both her professional gifts and her commitment to being present at home. Her journey reflects what many professionals quietly wrestle with: the desire for meaningful work and a meaningful life.
