The Workforce Innovation Series is an employer-focused event series, bringing together leaders, HR professionals, and industry experts to explore the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of work in the Coulee Region. Each session is hosted by local and regional experts who provide conversation, data, and practical insights to help employers build resilient, forward-thinking workplaces where people and businesses thrive.


The first event will feature:

  • Kathryn Schmeling, Business Development Manager at Viarohealth
  • Matt Tubbin, Employee Benefits Consultant at  Ansay & Associates


Angie will share key trends and data on employee mental health and workplace well-being. Following this, Kathryn Schmeling, Business Development Manager, and Matt Tubbin, Employee Benefits Consultant, will discuss how Direct Primary Care (DPC) complements existing insurance to create a more effective, affordable, and employee-centered healthcare solution by boosting primary care access and optimizing costs.
