Dr. Carolyn is a LaCrosse entrepreneur, author, speaker, and humanitarian. She is the founder of the FIERCE Foundation, author of "F.I.E.R.C.E: Transform Your Life in the Face of Adversity, 5 Minutes at a Time!" and coauthor of "Academic and Educational Entrepreneurship." Carolyn is also the owner of Acton Academy Midwest, a private STEM entrepreneurial and trades school. She is also a delegate for the Commission on the Status of Women United Nations, advocating for global gender equality and women's empowerment. Her work is deeply rooted in empowering others to overcome challenges and succeed.  She is passionate about fostering respectful dialogue and understanding, especially in the face of differing viewpoints, believing in the power of effective communication and leadership to bridge divides and build stronger communities.

Currently holding the position of Market President and Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, Joe exemplifies astute leadership and strategic prowess. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, his career trajectory is marked by a steadfast commitment to cultivating robust client relationships and driving organizational growth.
