DESCRIPTION:Join us this fall for the Certificate in Servant Leadership program\, a six-week leadership development experience designed for professionals who want to grow their impact\, strengthen their leadership presence\, and connect more deeply with others in the La Crosse region. Offered in collaboration with Viterbo University\, this program brings together practical application\, meaningful reflection\, and expert facilitation in a face-to-face setting.Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that centers leadership on the growth and well-being of others. Organizations that embrace this approach build trust\, strengthen collaboration\, and create high-performing\, people-centered cultures.
