Deanell Reece Tacha (appointed by President Reagan to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit where she served from 1986-2011) and Hon. Beverly B. Martin (appointed by President Obama to the to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where she served from 2010-2021). The Judges will be discussing the role of the rule of law in our society\, the role of federal courts in our economy\, and why having a strong judicial branch and consistency of laws is significant for our business community.
