Join the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce and Goodwill North Central Wisconsin for an interactive session exploring how businesses can strengthen their talent pipelines by partnering with workforce development organizations to provide training\, skill development\, and employment opportunities.Participants will learn about Goodwill NCW's employment services\, including its Career EXCELerate program\, which provides personalized career support and training in fields such as healthcare\, manufacturing\, transportation\, and retail. The session will also introduce Goodwill NCW's Pathway Partner model\, through which employers can offer workplace training opportunities or hire individuals who have completed career training programs.
