Please complete the following form to be considered for a scholarship from the Lyle and Norma Anderson Scholarship Fund, to be applied towards the tuition of the La Crosse Area Chamber's Servant Leadership Program, beginning October 5, 2023.

Scholarships are intended for small businesses (25 or fewer employees), nonprofits, entrepreneurs, or diverse businesses. Your business must be a member of the La Crosse Area Chamber for you to apply for a Servant Leadership Program scholarship.
