Altra’s Relationship Managers are the primary advisors and responsible for building, developing, and managing new and existing relationships with business clients and delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships. No business client is too big or too small for Altra’s professional banking services; our focus is helping all clients reach financial success!
As a Relationship Manager, you will take a proactive and engaged approach to building and developing relationships with our business clients. Through these partnerships, you will anticipate and make appropriate recommendations to help them live their best lives and achieve their business goals! You will take the lead on reviewing loan and deposit requests, proposing credit solutions and navigating through our innovative loan approval process. Capitalizing on your business acumen and financial aptitude, you will educate our members and make relevant and advantageous referrals to Altra’s full array of business financial services without jumping through the corporate hoops to make it happen.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management/Administration and a minimum of three (3) years’ business/commercial lending experience.
