As the Innovation Leader, you will assist to build an innovative culture by encouraging creative thinking and transparent evaluations of employee ideas throughout our organization; empower employees to think outside the box; lead internal innovation programs; conduct innovation labs and encourage forward thinking that will identify business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years’ of business related work in a similar role or at least five (5) years’ of general business work experience within an innovative organization. Previous experience in design-thinking, training, facilitating internal programs related to innovation and working knowledge with SharePoint are a plus.
