Leadership La Crosse is the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce’s signature community leadership program, cultivating informed, engaged leaders who help shape our region’s future. Through a blend of hands-on learning and immersive experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of the organizations, industries, and issues that define the La Crosse region while building lasting cross-sector relationships.
Each session combines education with experience. Behind-the-scenes tours show how organizations across the region operate, and discussions with area VIPs offer direct conversations with the leaders who guide our communities. You’ll also put your learning into practice by assisting a local organization with a community service project, gaining insight into regional needs and developing leadership skills you’ll take back to your workplace. Graduates leave with greater cross-industry knowledge, a strong and diverse professional network, and a real understanding of what makes our region thrive.
Who should sign up?
This program is a great fit for anyone who wants to grow as a leader and deepen their connection to the La Crosse region. Participants gain a fresh perspective that enhances their roles in the workplace, on non-profit boards, at home, as a volunteer, and as a community member.

Program Cost: $2,000 for Chamber Members, $2,200 for Non-Chamber Members
