Attracting talent is only part of the equation. Retaining it starts with connection and belonging. Join us for this Workforce Innovation Series session focused on how employers can strengthen both talent attraction and retention using tools and resources available in the La Crosse region. 

We’ll highlight programs that support the full talent journey, from recruitment to community integration, including First Friend, our community concierge program for candidates and new hires, and Thrive in La Crosse. 

A key focus will also be the Young Professionals (YP) program as a powerful retention tool, helping emerging talent build relationships, grow as leaders, and develop a strong connection to the community. 

We will also preview our new Internship Toolkit, designed to help employers build strong internship programs and create early talent pipelines. If you’re looking to not just attract talent, but help them stay and thrive, this session is for you.
