Celebrate September as Workforce Development Month at our annual breakfast forum! This year’s focus is on local organizations and their approach to creating a social media footprint.

Kwik Trip and Organic Valley will share their expertise on using social media for recruiting and engaging
employees and enhancing their brand. Find out how an organization’s commitment to
social media has a direct impact on retention, recruitment, quality, productivity and ultimately success.

Kate Bjerke-Kwik Trip 
Kate graduated from Luther College in 2015, and started her career in Chicago where she has worked for both a creative advertising agency and a digital marketing agency. Kate has worked for Kwik Trip since April 2018 as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Kendra Nedegaard-Kwik Trip 
Kendra began her career with Kwik Trip in 2015 and is currently the Digital Marketing Content Coordinator. Kendra handles all organic content and graphic artwork for Kwik Trip’s digital channels.

Tracy Budworth-Organic Valley 
Tracy graduated from the UW-Stout with a degree in Marketing. In 2012, she started at Organic Valley, and has been building their social communities and amplifying the brand through social and influencer marketing.
She is a Social Media Manager.
