1st Community Credit Union has an opening for a Full-Time Call Center Representative. This position serves our membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence.  Responsibilities include answering member questions, providing information about the credit union and its products and services, solving routine problems, and insuring the highest quality of member service. We're looking for candidates with three years of financial experience, strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and navigate visual diagnostics. Knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office, along with various office machines/equipment required. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
