Join us for the 2025 Young Professionals Awards held on January 16, 2025 from 5:30pm - 8:30pm! This year we are hosting a casino themed event!

The Young Professionals Awards is an opportunity to gather, network, and celebrate our community's young professionals. We encourage all young professionals, their employers, and community leaders to register and attend! 

FUTURE FIVE AWARD The Future Five Award is given to five up-and-coming Young Professionals who are exceling within their chosen field, industry, or career path.

ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR AWARD The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is given to one individual who goes above and beyond as the owner or operator of their business. 

Recipient: Emily Boland, Hunt and Gather Grazing Boards

EMERGING LEADER AWARD The Emerging Leader Award is given to one individual who has taken on a visible leadership role within the community and/or their industry which positively impacts the La Crosse Area. 

Recipient: Ashley Santolin, Mayo Clinic Health System

BEST YP WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR AWARD The Best YP (Young Professional) Workplace of the Year Award is given to one business or nonprofit organization that has been intentional about attracting, developing, and retaining Young Professionals through intentional changes to operations, benefits, workplace culture, or some other innovation. 

Recipient: Aptiv
