Servant Leadership - Fall 2026

Join us this fall for the Certificate in Servant Leadership program, a six-week leadership development experience designed for professionals who want to grow their impact, strengthen their leadership presence, and connect more deeply with others in the La Crosse region. Offered in collaboration with Viterbo University, this program brings together practical application, meaningful reflection, and expert facilitation in a face-to-face setting.

Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that centers leadership on the growth and well-being of others. Organizations that embrace this approach build trust, strengthen collaboration, and create high-performing, people-centered cultures. Throughout this program, participants will engage in interactive sessions, learn from experienced faculty, and walk away with tools they can immediately apply within their teams and organizations.

Program Dates: October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and November 6

Time: 8:00 am -11:30 a.m.

Location: Viterbo University 

Chamber Member Pricing: $1200

Non-Member Pricing: $1400 

Who Should Attend: This program is designed for leaders at all levels, from executives and experienced professionals to emerging and entry-level leaders who are looking to lead with intention, build stronger teams, and create meaningful impact within their organizations and community. This program is also ideal for newcomers who have recently relocated to Greater La Crosse.
