The Forum: Federal Courts and the Business Community

Join us for a special edition of our monthly forum, celebrating Constitution Day. We will be joined by retired Federal Appellate Judges Hon. Deanell Reece Tacha (appointed by President Reagan to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit where she served from 1986-2011) and Hon. Beverly B. Martin (appointed by President Obama to the to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where she served from 2010-2021). The Judges will be discussing the role of the rule of law in our society, the role of federal courts in our economy, and why having a strong judicial branch and consistency of laws is significant for our business community.
