Join us for the 2025 Women's Leadership Summit! The Women’s Leadership Summit brings together influential business leaders from the Driftless Region to share their insights and experiences. Attendees also have the opportunity to network with a diverse group of professionals.

This year, our keynote is Lisa Brouwer.  Lisa Brouwer is a Courage Coach, speaker, and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator trained in the work of Brené Brown. She equips women to live and lead with grounded confidence, presence, and authenticity so they can stop playing small, start owning their power, and lead lives that feel unapologetically true. After 20 years in corporate leadership, Lisa took a bold leap into entrepreneurship, trading her title for purpose and choosing to define success on her own terms. From riding a motorcycle across the country to leading vulnerable, no-BS conversations with women in every kind of room, her path has been shaped by one courageous act after another. Now, she helps others do the same. Whether it’s one-on-one coaching, a group experience, or a wilderness retreat, Lisa’s work gets beneath the surface, ditching quick fixes in favor of deep, lasting transformation. Her message is simple but powerful: when women stop shrinking and start trusting themselves, they unlock not just personal freedom, but collective change. She’s here to help you do just that.
