Chad McGlothlen is a seasoned lending professional based in Southeastern Wisconsin, where he lives with his wife, Amy. He is the proud father of two college-aged daughters, Katie and Lauren, and a devoted owner of their rescued dog, Eddison.

Chad began his professional career in 1997 after attending the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and brings nearly three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. His background includes a broad range of leadership and lending roles, including Residential and Agricultural Loan Officer, Residential and Agricultural Lending Team Leader, Regional Vice President, and most recently, Director of Lending, where he leads the Compeer Home Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent Sales teams. Throughout his career, Chad has remained focused on delivering strong results, developing high-performing teams, and creating value for customers and the organization.

Outside of the office, Chad finds solace and excitement in all things outdoors. His interests include hiking, fishing, hunting, and any activity involving water. The outdoors provides him with balance and perspective beyond the workplace.

Chad believes that long-term success is grounded in a positive attitude, disciplined execution, and a commitment to treating others with respect and integrity.
