Join us for the upcoming Young Professionals Lunch & Learn on September 15 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm! 

Even if you never plan on being in the news or spotlight, it may happen when you least expect it. Whether you are leading an organization, managing a sudden crisis, or stepping into a high-visibility role, knowing how to control your narrative under pressure is an essential leadership skill. 

This session will feature Ken Kosirowski of WKBT & Allyson Fergot of the La Crosse Chamber. We will start with a look into their backgrounds, moments that shaped their path, and the lessons learned along the way. Then transition into Media Training on handling press inquiries, what the media looks for, crafting clear public statements, and knowing what (and what not) to say. You’ll learn actionable strategies for navigating tough conversations and confidently responding when critical details can’t yet be shared.
